Fall Trends 2013

Hey there beautiful! So its nearly September which means only one thing.. Fall time! Now some people don't like the winter, now I agree with you girl, I mean they don't want to be packing away all their summer dresses, their shorts, unless that is if you live in a country where it's still a bit warm even in the fall.

There are a lot of fashion items that we see on the runway that could be a great Fall fashion trend. But here are some trends that I love and tend to follow.

OVER-THE-KNEE-BOOTS
Picture from http://www.glamourmagazine.co.uk/
Over-the-knee boots are undoubtedly more wearable! Anything can be pulled off with a pair of booties. These type of boots would look great with a mini skirt and some leg warmers or some tights depending on the weather. You can also wear these with some jeans, they would just look perfect together!

SCARVES

If on some days you feel like just going casual and you just want to be comfortable then make sure you add a scarf to your outfit because honestly it just completes the look. It will make your outfit cuter yet still keeping your neck warm. A scarf can be paired with literally anything, a perfect example is the picture above showing a pair of leggings, a sweater and a scarf.

            BEANIE HATS

Beanies are a fashion statement for both men and women. It can be worn on a lazy, casual day or you can still wear it with a dress or a skirt which will make you look absolutely gorgeous! Beanies look way better when you have half of your fringe out. Beanie hats come in all different colors and patterns so make sure you have beanie hat in your wardrobe!

LEATHER JACKETS

Ditch the blazers and go for a leather jacket. Leather jackets just give your outfit that edgier look while still keeping you warm. Spankie Valentine, or URBANOGcom on YouTube, shows you six outfits on how to rock a leather jacket!

3 ways that Yogurt keeps skin looking glowing and smooth

Yogurt is a delicious multi-vitamin packed food that can be eaten at breakfast or just mainly eaten as a healthy snack! But did you know that yogurt is also great for your skin? Yogurt goes way back, in ancient times Indians used to apply yogurt to the face or skin to exfoliate the dead skin and gave them that amazing glowing and beautiful face!

1- Removing pimples and some of your acne
BEWARE pimples cuz yogurt has anti-bacterial properties, meaning that its goodbye pimples. To remove those blotchy disgusting pimples, all you have to do is get one tablespoon of yogurt (optional: you can add lemon if you want ) and then you just apply to the face. Let it sit for 10-15 mins and then rinse your face.

2- Moisturising
If you have ran out of moisturiser and you can't be arsed to get up and buy a new one, then yogurt is the answer to your problems! It's basically the same process as before but before rinsing your face, you'll realise that the yogurt has dried up, so start removing the yogurt with your hands in a circular motion so that the yogurt exfoliates the dead skin as well as leaving you with a soft glowing face. Then finally rinse it off and dry your face. Your face will be as soft as a baby's butt! :)

3- Treats sunburns
Too much time spent laying around the glowing sun? Well yogurt is the answer for you. Just dab a little bit of yogurt on to the harsh areas and leave it on for 25-30 mins before rinsing it off. The zinc in the yogurt helps to sooth and calm the harsh bite of the sunburn.

There you have it, 3 ways that yogurts keeps your skin glowing and gorgeous.
If you realise that you're facing red areas around your face or you're feeling itchy, please stop using the yogurt treatment as some people may be allergic to yogurt. But don't be sad, you can use other beauty treatment for the face such as  baking soda instead! :)

Butter London 'Slapper' - Mani of the week

Even though its mid August and we're at the brink of arriving to Autumn, there's still a bit of summer left and so i decided to embrace it ;so this week I decided to wear this, ' A truly teal nail lacquer, bold and very bright' as described by Nail Lacquer themselves! Butter London's 'Slapper' truly does what it is described as, its VERY bright and bold and i absolutely love this colour.
Slapper by Butter London

However, the price really was a slapper, coming at £12.00. But i do think that it was worth the budget
as applying this was so easy and it just glides on to your nails, plus its an amazing colour. The photo
above shows two coats of perfection!

The cheapest possible website that I could buy this was at Amazon.
